Delivery timeframes begin from the moment your dispatch confirmation arrives, not from the moment you place your order. We pack and ship Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

• Standard $10 — complimentary on orders over $99. Arrives 3–8 business days after dispatch.
• Express $15. Arrives 1–3 business days after dispatch.

• Standard Calculated at checkout — complimentary on orders over $150. Arrives 6–21 business days after dispatch.
• Express Calculated at checkout. Arrives 5–10 business days after dispatch.
• Customs & duties Included in your order total. There are no surprise fees on delivery.

• Customs & duties Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in your order total and may be requested on delivery.

A tracking number is sent by email once your order leaves the studio.

International parcels are tracked through Australia Post until they reach your country, after which detailed updates appear on your local postal service's website. If your tracking seems stuck at an Australian facility for several days, entering the same number into your local postal service will usually reveal the most recent status.

International parcels can occasionally take two to six weeks, depending on customs processing, postal network speed, or seasonal backlogs.

Once a parcel has been dispatched, it is in the care of the postal or courier service. We are happy to help locate it, though delays caused by customs are outside our control.
