Returns & Exchanges
If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it so.
Below is everything you need to know about returning an order.
We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.
- Unopened If the item is unopened and in its original packaging, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method or a store credit, whichever you’d prefer.
- Opened If the item is opened but unused and in original condition, we’ll issue a store credit for the full amount.
Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Reply to your order confirmation email with your order number, the item or items you’d like to return, and a brief note on their condition. We’ll respond within 1 to 2 business days with the return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Items must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
- If your return brings the order below our complimentary shipping threshold for your region, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund or credit.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reply to your order confirmation email within seven days of delivery, including a photograph if possible. We’ll work with you to make it right.
The following are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Destash Boxes
- Advent Calendars
- Digital products
- Custom or personalised items
- Sale and clearance items
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to swap an item, the simplest path is to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order at your convenience.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 5 business days for it to be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take a further 3 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
