  • Do you ship internationally?

    Yes — we ship worldwide from our studio in Adelaide, Australia. For full details on rates, timeframes, customs, and complimentary shipping thresholds, please see our Shipping & Delivery page.

  • What size inserts fit my Louis Vuitton agenda?

    We’ve put together a complete Louis Vuitton Resource Guide with size mappings, ring spacing notes, and compatibility for every LV agenda variant we’ve been asked about. It’s a free resource and the most accurate place to find the answer for your specific agenda.

  • Do you offer custom punching?

    In some cases, yes. Custom punching can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis for a small additional fee. Please reach out with the details of what you’d like, and we’ll let you know if it’s something we can do.

  • Do you offer custom designs?

    Our customisable dashboards offer a range of personalisation options through the website — the simplest way to make a piece your own.

    For bespoke layouts and made-to-order designs, this isn’t something we offer at the moment. We do, however, welcome suggestions for future products — many of our most-loved pieces began as a quiet request from a customer.

  • Can you print my own designs?

    Printing customer-supplied artwork isn’t something we currently offer. Every product is designed in-house at our studio in Adelaide.

  • Do you offer 7-ring punched inserts?

    At this stage we only offer 6-ring or discbound punching.

  • When do you release the following year’s collection?

    Every year, in August. Our newsletter is the surest way to be notified the moment it goes live.
